So as my Icka! self, I write crack and 'Win teh Internet'.
As my sock-puppet self, I write pr0n and am given souls. Two, thus far.
But if the Internet is for pr0n, does this mean Crack + Interwebs = Pr0n = Souls?
-And if so, why do I get the feeling the next part should be: souls + ??? = PROFIT!.
Hmmm...

Date: 2009-06-06 08:07 pm (UTC)And then I realized the fifteen minutes I spent poking R into telling me how to say stuff was mostly wasted, since on top of tantei and hara kiri, I'd forgotten Aoko, Koizumi, and asorted other names. It was a few weeks ago. I got sick and sounded like sandpaper *meep* Help?

Date: 2009-06-06 08:31 pm (UTC)Nakamori Aoko: nah-kah-moh-ree ah-oh-koh ; ao = ah-oh, if it comes out like an open-throated "ow" it's probably right
Koizumi Akako: koh-ee-zoo-mee ah-kah-koh
Kuroba Kaito: koo-roh-bah kai-toh ; kai = sounds like "I" with a "k" in front of it
Kaitou KID: "ou" is most easily done by English speakers if they hold the "oh" a bit longer, but the exact pronunciation is "oh" with an almost whispered "oo" on the end. kai-toh-oo kee-doh. Long i, not like English.
Hakuba Saguru: hah-koo-bah sah-goo-roo
Edogawa Conan: eh-doh-gah-wah koh-nahn
Kudou Shin'ichi: ku-doh-oo sheen-ee-chee ; another "ou", see Kaitou KID
Not sure what other names you need, if any.
