Scary Laugh Contest: Jinnai vs Naga the White Serpant! Go!

If no one here remembers El Hazard, I'm gonna feel SO old.
... years before I got into yaoi, I thought Jinnai had -such- a crush on Makoto. He's got this gorgeous Insect Queen who wants to mate with him, and he'd rather go chase the cute boy. ye-ah

Ummm, I know of El Hazard but have never seen any.

What is Jinnai on at the end and where can I get some?

-the scary part is that it's hard to figure out if that's the American or the Japanese VA doing the laugh... they both did it so well.

Kinda leaning towards Naga (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QD1567FdDKg) being slightly scarier though.
The Japanese VA (slight slip of a woman she is) does SUCH a better job than the American one. The Dub voice it too shrill.

Both laughs are scary (I' love that kind of laugh. I drove my friends nuts by the occasianal mad laughter) but they are a bit different. Naga is more of a maniacal, self important laugh and Jinnai is more of a truly mad laugh, like he's a few marbles short. I'm leaning towards Jinnai. My first impression of his laugh was more of a 0_o than Naga's.
