For the past two Christmas seasons, there have been two things we have done that hadn't been a part of our holiday traditons before.

One: Had the song "Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas, but I think I'll miss this one this year." Stuck in our heads on pretty much an endless loop for the whole month.
Two: Drawn themed nekkid anime characters. Last year was hats, the year before that was ribbons.

I am hoping that this year, we can avoid both. Because once is an accident, twice is a coincidence and three times something is out to get you, or it has become a holiday tradition.
And that's just scary. Besides, what would decorate people with? Wreaths?!

And in other news, I now have a viking dress. The outer dress at least. We have a SCA feast on Saterday to attend. ^__^
However, since I don't have broaches to hold the dress up, (no, will not use the giant metal bowls, I don't care how well they'd fit) will probably use the 'YES! These Are Real.' and 'My Corn has Tentacles' (thanks, po'e!) pins to hold the dress up. And to hear the shrieks of 'But those aren't period!!!
They may not be period, but they are damn amusing. ^___^

And simply cannot get over just how much faster it is to make garb on a sewing machine than by hand. o_o

If you read this, if your eyes are passing over this right now, (even if we don't speak often) please post a comment with a COMPLETELY MADE UP AND FICTIONAL memory of you and me. It can be anything you want -good or bad- BUT IT HAS TO BE FAKE.

When you're finished, post this little paragraph on your blog and be surprised (or mortified) about what people DON'T ACTUALLY remember about you.

I've never tried it, but I would imagine the cows don't enjoy it too much. Whereas I suspect that the caymans enjoy cayman dipping.

When I was growing up in Santa Maria. I had a lot of tips from my friends whom had cow tipped. Best time is 2am cause the bulls are really asleep. Tip the bulls, not the cows. You will know the difference when you come up to one, even if they got dehorned. Poke a sleeping creature on the board side of their body and they will fall over like a cardboard. Where upon a farmer at 4am will have to use a pickup truck to untip a cow.
