You like our stuff? O_o;; Cool beans! Um, the latest chapter is #28; I'm insisting on at least a week off (currently undergoing Death By Exams, y'see) and then we're going to cycle through our other regular fics before coming back to DoJ.

In the meantime, though... I've started writing a 'brainfry therapy' fic, inspired by a pic drawn by Dogmatix. *snicker* It's a crossover, but mainly Meitantei Conan... and the Kid will be dragged into it eventually! Wanna see?

Exams all finished! Yay! And went better than I thought... I even remembered most of the kanji I *hadn't* studied...

Yup, Duo's a load of fun to write! *g* And we had SO much fun, looking through websites and calendars and diaries and goodness knows what to find weird and obscure holidays! We didn't even use all the ones we found, it would have been a bit much. ^_^

*blinkblink* How would soapy windows be my fault? This sounds interesting! Pic and fic sent (as you probably already know), and I'll have you know I want comments, miss! ~_o

I've been so bored as to the lack of good updates that I've taken to reading chinese fics. *shakes head* A symptom of severe desperation. They just don't have the humor. And they're highly predictable.

Heh, what's Neechan's name at ff.net? Oh, and why does Heiji call Ran Neechan?

She's not on ff.net, won't be posted there. They don't allow NC-17 fics.

'Neechan means 'sister' or big sister. Heiji calls Ran that because he's being casual and friendly and he's weird anyway. Conan also calls her 'Ran-neechan'. (if I remember correctly, around the age 26-28, kids start calling older women '-baasan', which is generally a shock. Yukiko pinches Conan for calling her that once.)

Phoenix is my 'Neechan, so I call her 'Neechan. ^__^

Ah, I always knew what neechan meant, but I just never understood why he called her that. Thanks for the clarification!
