It's in the Sam Hughes neighbourhood, a sign declared it to be 'Studio 2233'.
... I don't remember which street, unfortunately. Was walking back towards 5th from the 4 points Sheraton in a diagonal route and ended up at 5th and Country Club. ^^;; Don't like taking straight lines back if I have the time to get lost for a while.
