Archery Championship Tomorrow!!!

PSE Archery
2727 N. Fairview Ave.

When:
Site opens at 9am.
We're aiming to be up and shooting by 9:30. Shooting usually runs until about Noon-ish.

Site Fees:
$6 for Members, dunno about Non.

Site does have water and some shade, first come first serve on the shade.

We do have some loaner equipment as well, also first come first serve. We tend to run low on arrows, so if you have your own set, please bring them.

I haven't seen a word about it on the Baronial list. Nothing about the bake sale either. I might have contributed to the bake sale if I'd known about it.

The 'No-Prize Bake Sale' was last weekend. It was M'lord Alax's event, you can take the lack of word up with him if you want.
... Honestly? I don't think the idea even crossed his thoughts, he tends to be kinda single minded in focus. ^^;;

I've sent out word that notice needs to be put on the BTY ML for this week, because I hadn't realised that nothing had been said until you said something. Thanks for the heads up! ^__^

I'm kind of having a day so I apologize if this comes off as snotty or condescending or whatever, but it would be much easier for non-archers to support the archery community if we knew what you guys were up to. It's cool that there's a list specifically for that interest, and it's sometimes a fine line between getting info out there and spamming the crap out of all the lists, but reminders about practice and fun stuff would garner interest and maybe get you some new members. You just happen to be a target archer that I interact with fairly regularly, which is why I'm currently picking on you, but it would be nice to see more integration between the various disciplines. Kinda stinks that the city and county laws make it so hard to shoot in nice convenient places where we can do other stuff too.

No worries! Honestly? I'm currently kinda slacking off on checking the SCA lists, primarily because lack of funds means I can't go to anything. If Johannes hadn't offered to cover my site fee tomorrow, I wouldn't be able to attend the Championship since it's an event instead of a practise.

So it's partly my bad, because I should be pointing that out to people on the archery list that it needs to go on the main list as well to generate attention.

It's nice to get the heads up that something needs attention, so I'm grateful to you for that. ^_______________^ Thank you!
