ickaimpWhooo. Okay, wow. Feels like 'catching a breath' moment.
Yesterday. OMG. Yesterday.
Dad made it into town, with the older of nieces and nephew. He decided that he wanted Mexican Food. Specifically, New Mexican food.
So we drove 3 hours to Silver City to eat at his favourite place, Jalisco's. Yeah. And people call me strange.
Downside: The beans were not kosher. Am still paying for that. *pats belly*
Hung out with an Aunt and Uncle and got to see their house.
The house? Not so big. Uncle Tom's metal workshop? Bigger than a 3 bedroom house. And he's adding onto it to make a wood workshop. Is schweeeeeeeeet. They gave me some jewellery that the two made together, she did beading, he did metal work. \o/ Is awesome.
And then... Transformers. Midnight showing, we almost got there too late driving back from New Mexico. Mental notes and stuff are in the previous post. Basically boils down to 'some WTF-ery, great fun, will see it again in the theatre'.
Still laughing over wrecking balls.
Work starts up again tomorrow, once more in Phoenix. Am looking forward to July, when I can travel out of Arizona again.
Should be writing, but is not happening. Lotsa plunnies, just nothing flowing. *annoyed*

Toddlers will do that to you.
ManChildK just got over a cold & then stomach flu that he gave to he rest of the house, lol. His favorite thing to do is sneak out to the backyard and dig up the dirt. which makes his nose start up with running again!
Glad you got your tat, finally... can't wait to see what your final design was and how it turns out.
