I can't help reading the top sign as "Automatic Caution Door". Like it automatically makes you wary the moment you get too close.

That's my feeling on it, espeically since the doors seem to be haunted.
You push the heavy door open, and then it keeps going and holds itself open. If you're in the bathrooms, this means that the door randomly decides to shut after you have entered, which is kinda spooky/weird, cause now it's like it's shut you in the bathroom, mwauahahahaha and you don't know if it's gonna let you out.
