Optimus Prime has found the Tamale Motherload!


-We made tamales for New Years. Beef, sweet corn, and sweet corn and green chili. Yum!

2009 is the Year of the Earth Ox. Here's hoping it's a better one!

Hey, that makes it my year! According to chinese calendar I am an Ox. Some of the people in the past have referred to me as a fat cow, so I guess I was born in the right year. :)
