The second one is the proper layout and logo.
Right now, I'm betting Kid was 瀬戸瑞紀 Seto Mizuki, the maid. If not her, then the security guard in front of the door.

*SNERK* Hilariously, I thought that the maid was Kid, also. Mostly because of the whole "Well, Conan could so have accidentally seen something he shouldn't have when they ran into each other." But then again, Kid is a master of disguise and... well. But then hiding that sort of thing can be difficult...
He could also be that guy who picked up the cig after the room was locked up.

I'm kinda 'meh' on the B.ops, so we'll see how it goes.
The sad part is the main reason why I'm guess Kid is the Maid is because they did run into each other. Which means that there's a chance that Conan is now bugged. Or has seen Kid's underwear. ...Yeah, m'not touching that. ~_~
Hmm... the Bodyguard? Yeah, but he doesn't really have any interesting vibes to him.
.... Or I just wanna see Kid in a dress. XD

Yeah, but they don't strike me as gems that would be Pandora, they seem too new, at least a hundred years old when I get the feeling Pandora is much older. Then again, too much older and the gem is likely buried in a tomb somewhere (or sold and hidden away in a non publicized collection).
Yeah, more Saguru would be nice. Probably not gonna happen for a while though. *sighs*
Makes me wonder how big Saguru's fanbase is in Japan, he's rather popular in Western countries, but doesn't seem so big in the base market. Then again, he DID get his own case (without Kid I mean). I guess it goes back to the fact that Saguru doesn't actually live in Japan, despite what we write for him, and rarely visits the country...at least, according to what he said in the Detective Koshin...whatever the word is (yes, I suck). Which again, brings up continuity or AU issues, did that case take place before Saguru moved to Ekoda? Was he just in Ekoda for a short time (thus, technically not living there), or...is it like others say, MK and DC really AREN'T connected (which would make me sad *tear*).
...I haven't thought about this too much...really!

Like most of the commenters have said, I love this series but really haven't followed for a while. Except when KID or Heiji show up, then I'm back full blast. Aoyama, wrap up Conan and write KID full-time with camos with the Conan cast.
I really need some KID icons (or at least Conan character icons).
