Weekly Anime - Hakaba, Kabuto

Hakaba Kitaro episodes 8-9
Haven't been able to track down episodes 4-7, but it didn't really effect the overall plot. Kitaro takes over an abandon house from a business man and we end up with several Addams' Family-ish scenes as his severed hand goes running around. And then Kitaro and Rat-Man get get into a tiff that results in them playing for opposite sides in a confrontation between a Fog Vampire and a Politician and no one wins.

Was going to catch up on The Daughter of Twenty Faces when we got hit by a post-series Kamen Rider Kabuto plunnie, which resulted in:

Kamen Rider Kabuto, spisode 47-49, Hyper Battle, 36, 43-46 and 5-9
-in that order.
Think our characterisations of the characters got a bit mixed up, because we started out with Kagami trying to be friends with Tendou and Tendou having none of it, to the two of them trying to glue themselves to each other's hips (well, except for one fight) and then back again.
... why is this series so dang addictive?! And it's Live Action! WTF?!

I think that's sorta the idea I got too when I watched Kabuto, the 'canon' pairing of Tendou and Kagami even with all that. I think I agree with the person who said you should try Den-O, I really liked that one, and you have all the seiyuu to play with in it. Not to mention the interplay between Ryotarou and Yuuto. ^_^ I'm waiting to see what the crossover movie looks like with Den-O and Kiva.

Also wondering if you knew about this community - finalauraburst (http://community.livejournal.com/finalauraburst/). I usually poke about on it since they archive so much toku-sentai stuff, and you may be able to get your Kabuto fic on there? ^_^

The mod for Finalauraburst contacted me about Earth Logic, to see if it was okay to link to the fic. And I think both fics were put in yesterday's post.

Lazuli-Meg is also the one who is going squee over Den-O, which I understand to be more comedy and less dramatic. But I'm still hesitant because I'm generally not a big Live Action fan, regardless of genre.
