Icka!: ”No. -Not unless you count anime, but I watch that, but not snort it.”
Youngest Sister: "... Ye-ah. No. So anyway..."

The Fanfic Panel went very well, even if we did have more panellists (6) then attendees. Kinda ended up doing a circle type thing instead and everyone seemed to have fun.
We got asked if we'd be interested in doing it again for Yaoi Jamboree in June and ysabet, lil_1337 and I said yes to doing three fanfiction panels there. So if you're going, we'll see you there!

-And then I ate the evil pork and we ended up going home kinda early. >P Rather surprised I haven't had to worship the porcelain god this time, but have been queasy and tired. But! This has given me an excuse to catch up on anime! ^__^

Suteki Tantei Labyrinth (anime 1-8)
Attention Blushing Sparkling Women of Series: PLZ TO BE STOP HITTING ON THE CUTE 12-YEAR OLD BOY. M'starting to wonder just how much Shota-bait this series is supposed to be because Every Single Female in the series has a crush on him. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. Argh!
Also. He glows in the light. Not the dark, the light. W.T.F.
That being said, I'm enjoying the series. Enough smaller mysteries to be fun, good foreshadowing for the bigger ones in the background. Will be keeping up with it, and hopefully this new translation group will continue with releases.
The fighting girls also need to pull up their pants, it'd be a hell of a lot more flattering.

Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro (anime episodes 25, 1-3)
-Have been following the manga of this since late 2005, when Ecchi_Troopers started scanning the series. Been overjoyed as of late that other groups have picked it up and it's now almost completely up to date. \o/ -Mainly because the anime started up.
Have been rather hesitant to watch the anime, because Neuro is cracked out enough that I was afraid it wouldn't do it justice. Especially since a comment on nougami_neuro about 'how they took Sai's backstory, put it in a blender and pretty much shat on it.'
-Which they pretty much did. And Yako's backstory too. Still, the animations nice, and the mysteries are good. Music's okay. Neuro's voice threw me off, in my head it was higher, until I discovered it's the same VA as Rezo the Red Priest from Slayers. Now I'm wondering if Neuro isn't actually Rezo, having mutated in the afterlife.
Will probably stick to the manga on this series.

Would dearly love to cross this over with Detective Conan. Neuro would SO drool over Conan and I'd dearly love to see Takagi and Sato interact with Sasazuka and Yun. Chiba and Yun would get along well, I think. Can see Sasazuka reminding Sato of Matsuda and getting along with him because of that, which then worries the rest of her secret admirers, including Takagi. XD It'd be fun!
-would also love for Reborn!'s Gokudera to meet Godai. Fight of the silver-haired punks! XD

Watching it because it's Tezuka and to explain a funny pic we saw on 4chan. #^^# 4chan gets us into so many series XD
So far, so good. The World's Greatest Unlicensed Surgeon, on the run from the Black Ops. Eagerly watching more.

I can't comment on that unless I should get the chance to meet you ^^

Only seen ep1 sub of Himitsu and it's mkv so a bugger to play on 4yr old eMac (not enough horsepower in the processor to handle the higher amount of data in mkv format). There's a handy little program to install as an add on to Quick Time to let it play mkvs that I did find. Hoping some other group will sub in avi.

Don't know about any zombie jokes yet ^^ This show is quite serious.
