Well, Gourry certainly didn't seem to mind being tied up, he only started to protest when some of the guards decided it would be a good idea to get frisky with Lina....

Swear the canon wasn't this weird the first time around. Or I've gotten more perverted since then.

You know, I think it's both, because I remember the first time around most people were like, "LOOK LOOK TRY ENDING: LINA/GOURRY KISS" and there was a hell of a lot less re: crossdressing and dominatrix-es. But I think I've been corrupted by, well, circumstances. :D

Heh. Not a problem. I keep stumbling upon Slayers fic. I'd send you to mtcff ULTRA but...Well, if your haven't read it, Lina becomes God. No, seriously; she takes over after Kasumi Tendo decides she'd rather marry Tofu-sensei than rule the universe and cosmos. If you haven't read it, though, I think I recommended the Slayers epic fic? That one is fantastic. I can't remember how the 'ships go, but I'm willing to bet they swing traditional.
