I may not have seen all of it, but in what I did see, you guys backed up your opinions with canon, made reasonable points on both sides and didn't make ad hominem attacks. Therefore it doesn't count as wank.

For obvious reasons, I can't speak for S_1977, but I've always regarded DC as an intellectual exercise. As such, I feel it's necessary to at least try to separate out the "What I'd Like To Be True" vs. "What actual evidence exists".

Will admit I prefer debating with Kentaru, though. He's good at it.
