Weekend Report ~ With Photos!
Oct. 21st, 2007 09:24 pmGlanced over at Knightus' c-box before posting here and realised that one of the icons was vaguely familiar. So I checked it.
... they were hotlinking one of the Fanlisting icons from the links page of the Kid Reference Page. *facepalm* Seriously, guys.... >_<
-Used it as an excuse to update the fanlistings.
-It's been a busy weekend.
Friday, sent
ysabet to the airport to see her off to NY. She's having a good time, posting daily with lots of pics. ^__^
Saterday, went to Apple Annie's with
dqbunny, and
lil_1337 and family, where we picked up a Halloween pumpkins and fresh veggies. I got a pumpken shaped like a skull. or a jellyfish. we're not sure.... And then went to the orchard side and tromped through the fallen apples and pears (Hah! was Cockney Slang!) to find fruit that was still good. It smelt kind of like apple alcohol squishy fruit everywhere.
A while back I mentioned a possible job, and today I got to try it out. Selling fine --FINE as in 'high quality' and 'expensive'-- china and cookwear at bridal shows. Was at the Phoenix Bridal Show, which was held inside the University of Phoenix Stadium. Biiiiiiiig.
Had a great deal of fun. But for the next one: Fancier clothing and more comfortable shoes.
And then found a song I remember watching on television in Japan during our last visit and getting stuck in our head. *sings along with frogs* Tomosama Gaeru... GERO GEERO!!! GERO GEEEEEEERO!!!
Oh, Ysabet? Remember the blue glass? Still finding it. Sometimes the bloody hard way, sometimes because Chai finds pieces bigger than himself that he drags out of strange places. @_@ (he's fine)
