Actually, several airlines purposely try to number flights to Philly as 1776, and flights to Columbus, Ohio, as 1492. Dad's been on lots.

Heist notes turning up in all sorts of destinations, no way to trace them because after all, who remembers the taxi unless the driver (or the cab) is noticable, and Kid's very good at being un-noticed when he wants to be.

The only Photoshopping I did to the picture was to remove the numbers on the licence plate. ^^;;

Was tossing around ideas for a sequel to our Hakuba and Kid fic 'Glass Slippers' when the taxi drove by in the other lane and I squeaked. Ysabet demanded a picture, so I grabbed my camera and took about 6 shots to get this one.
The rest range from 'blurry' to 'one big pretty coloured smear'. ^__^

Ahem... If by that you're meaning that Icka photoshopped it, the answer's a rather large no; I was driving the car that the pic was taken from (I'm her flatmate.) So, no, the only photoshopping here was a little blurring that she did to the license-plate out of courtesy; otherwise, just a bit of serendipity. Why on earth should she make up anything as weird as that when it happens to her anyway? Just ask her friends.

You misunderstand. I made no insinuation that she doctored the iamge, or created it wholesale. But if you have enough time to 1) notice it in the real world 2) take a picture of it 3) post it to your blog and write about it... then you have way too much time on your hands :P
