Weekend Reprise

~ Friday ~
We has new baby ferret!. His name's Chai and he's about 6 weeks old, despite the pets store saying he's 8 weeks. The baby teeth are kinda a give away.
Had a slumber party over at Sarah's house, watched 'Night at the Museum' for the first time --it was a decent enough movie-- and 'Orgasmo'. My brain broke. Ysabet keeps making references to Choda Boy. Ew.

~ Saterday ~
Slept until Noon, disturbed William with my PJs. Evidently we have cartoon boobies. *shrugs*
Cleaned house, used some 'Nature's Miracle' enzyme knock-off stuff on spots. The house smells much better.
Ysabet put her fist through her bedroom window while attacking a fly. She was uninjured.
A fly was killed.
Chip and Co came to visit from across the country!!!
Was introduced to Lordi, who is hitting all of my Halloween kinks right now. I want their costumes. Or to start ficcing. One or the other.

~ Sunday ~
Ran errands, bumped into Lady Rois's Lord, Merlin. Nice guy.
Got cheesecloth to transform Larva into Zombie O'Doom for Zombie Walk.
Took nap.
Stayed up until after 4am because of blasted light rain. Monsoon season is over, woe.

~ Monday ~
Disturbed Maintenance men with my PJs when they came to fix the glass. ~_~ They're modest! I swear!
Watched Corpse Bride.

Need to work on spook_me cause right now we got nothing.

First, may I say that your fics got me into the Detective Conan fandom. Wonderful work and thank you.

Second, if you wanted, you could take the screaming skull a bit further by making it have a jewel in its forehead. And thus Kid would get drawn into the mix and...well, chaos?

I am so terribly sorry I haven't replied until now. There's been a flubug going around and I've only now recovered enough to sit at the computer without falling over.

I want to thank you for crediting me in "Screaming Skull". Just read it and shivered. What's poor Conan going to do if he finds Ran's unconscious body?

... "The Screaming Skull" actually got aired on MST3K... And now every time I hear about it, my brain immediately pops up my favorite line from the MiSTing...

It's a horrible movie. Great MiSTing, though. That line, though, sums up what I loved most about MST3K... the vast well the writers drew from. History, literature, pop culture...
