I know that a lot of people were disappointed with the "lack of action", but there was more plot and character development in this one, I think. And more Jack.
Also, while there weren't as many massive one-on-one sword battles, where were quite a few MASSIVE battles with everyone running everywhere. And that made up for it, IMHO.
Definately want to go back and re-watch it. ^____________^

Jack and his dinghy... You know, what with masts and dangling balls on chains and tentacles and weapons and ALL THOSE CANNON, this is the most phallic movie *ever*. I mean, really. And Elizabeth rocks beyond all belief. And yes, she tops too. WHO was wearing the boots at the end? Huh? Huh?? Who damn near married her man at swordpoint? Who's the King/Queen of the Pirates? **CHEERS LOUDLY** Dammit, Jack, you missed your chance!

...but that's okay; if there's gonna be another movie (which I devoutly hope there will be), I'm rooting for Jack having to swim in the Fountain of Youth rather than drink from it. Butt-nekkid. Yeah. ^____^

Whoooooooop!!! Jack, Jack and Jack plus goat and hot damn! Squeeeeeeeeeee...took me a moment or two to get my bearings, this surprised the heck out of me. And that is damn good, an ending I didn't see or expect from Disney. Sean pointed out that the captain makes the ship. And he did, he took the Dutchman and made her and the crew sound again. I know I have missed so much, looking forwards to seeing it again.
