Is not really a holiday, but most people more or less treat it as... BBC usually gives good TV as well for the occasion it seems. (Though Celebrity Fame Academy is debatable.)

Basically they sell Red Clown Noses (http://www.comicrelief.com/) for Charity. Have this year's schnozzle right beside me~
