Heiji: Well, only one way to fix that.
*Heiji walks over to Eisuke.*

*Heiji shoves his hands down Eisuke's pants*
Eisuke: ....
Heiji: ....
Heiji: Bai.

*Heiji walks back to where Conan is.*
Conan: And-?
Heiji: I ain't sayin' nothin'. >_<

... as Wren pointed out, it is somehow funnier if you picture Heiji with fluffy dog ears and tail...
