Need to re-scan two pages, but due to over excited whinging children (it's been a long couple of days) that'll have to be delayed for a bit. [Edit: fixed!]
magicbulletgirl is going to re-scan them when she gets her copy for the actual scanlations, but you can at least get the gist of the story from these today. [Edit: Raws taken down, get the translations from Knightus' site. <-- google it]

* Little boy with pills? Um... is this a B.ops reference?

* I'm hoping that woman driving the car next to him is the house aunty referenced in 'Sunset Mansion' and 'Detective Koushin'. Cause seriously? If that's his Mom-? Geh. She looks like she's sucking a lemon.

I know I wandered away from the fandom a long time ago. It'd been a good run and hey, I even tried making a site for you, even though it didn't really get off the ground, but Gosho was dragging on too long, and my interests moved on. These days I'm not even into anime or manga, actually - isn't it ironic? Especially since I used to tell myself I'd never grow out of it. I've had a lot more obsessions since then. Really, I can't even count.

I think that's the lady (Auntie/Grandmother/whatever) referred to in Sunset Mansion. Or else she ages badly/had him late in life. Wouldn't make sense for it to be his mum, as she's never been seen/referenced before yet another has.

So cool... ^_^ Though I have to say I can't wait for the better scans since when I tried to read the wording, it was too blurry to make much out, especially when Nightmare is telling him about Touichi and Jii-san. But the same, thank you so much for posting this! :)

I think the lady is the 'house 'basan' mentioned in the other two cases, but couldn't be sure enough to tell. I have to say I kinda hope that this dosn't end as anti-climatically as the Golden Eye one did, imo.

... was it still blurry if you clicked on the pic to get the larger version of the scan? All off the pages (Save 2 and 9) should be at about 1200 pixels high.

'Bocchama' is also what Jii calls Kaito, it's an old fashion term for 'Young Master's Son', so yeah, it's prolly the house aunty.

**goes over scans for the third time** You know, KK looks a bit older, and so does Aoko; nice. Maybe it's because I just reread the original 3 manga-volumes. Man, he looks young in them... the art's more Yaiba-ish than Conan-ish; interesting. Wonder just how old he's supposed to be at this point, 17, 18? Hmmm... and Hakuba's more into the picture. Damn, I *WISH* they'd do a KK anime-series; that would be fantastic. Oh well, I can dream, can't I? ^__^

Hmm. I don't know what to think about the plot or the characters but the first pages are beautifully coloured. It's good to see some other colours besides black and white.

I wonder how much humor there will be in the next chapters. The whole atmosphere changed instantly when there was that flashback of Kaito's father. I hope that there will be at least a dramatic action scene. Guns, roses and lot of action. Okay, maybe not roses but something cool. :P
