The TV special seems to be set up much like a game show would be, the announcers/hosts being Conan andhis voice actor/Gosho's Wife, Takayama Minami Aya Ueto.
Applause. Lights go down, lights go up, Minami is holding a note that's from the Kaitou Kid. Gasp! Surprise from the audiance!
Then we enter the 'talk as FAST as you can about the series in a hyper excited voice' portion of the show.
Followed by blurbs on Conan, Conan's gadgets, Heiji, Kid (with Agasa commenting on Kid's gadgets, he sounds impressed by the winch on the hang glider from movie 8) and on Ran and her Karate.
There's a question asked about the characters, the answer is either Conan, Heiji, Kid or Ran. Not spoiling who wins.
Then we get snippets of the Tenth Movie, with the excited guy again "Action Scene!!" Mouri in a van full of Shonen Tantei wiping out on a street, people on motorbikes going through glass windows, Heiji with a bokken taking out someone on a bike, windows breaking and shells falling to the floor as the Kid in a gas mask shooting an automatic gun takes them out.
Yes. You read that right.
Kid. Gun. Gas mask. WTF?!
*Icka curls up in a ball and breathes into a paper back for a minute* right, continuing on...
-Police men scramble into a building, mysterious guy, roller coaster "ACtion Packed-o!", Conan doing tricks on his 'board.
Commerical break, Romantic moments between Ran and Shin'ichi, blah blah blah, Kazuha and Heiji, Ayumi and Conan ("doki! doki! doki!").
Question about one of the three pairings, guess which one.
More about Conan's gadgets, how he solves mysteries with/for Mouri, talk about Mouri and the fact that he pratises Judo and can kick ass when he wants to. Or at least grab people and throw them to the ground. ("Wonderful! Incredable!")
On to Heiji! Scenes of Heiji from the 10th movie, several of him with Saguru. And hey, look! It's Saguru's section next! Okay, so he just drinks tea and runs around with Conan, being chased by people on motorcycles.
Bad guy! Scenes of the bad guy from Movie 10, people going boom from the watch devices, Heiji and Saguru reluctantly showing that they're wearing such fashionable accessories. Then they walk up a stairwell and suddenly I just know that the next time I go to Japan there will LOTS of Heiji/Saguru yaoi doujinshi and we shalt cackle madly.
Seriously. Yaoi fans, go wild.
More scenes of Heiji, Conan and Saguru working together to solve the case, flash over to Mouri, and quite a few of Heiji running around with Conan on his back.
... well, that answers THAT question.

... some sort of Karoke thing? It's the answer to a quesion? Conan's singing. Minami praises his singing, Conan laughs, then looks ebarrassed/snarky. Someone plays a piano, probably the guy who's in charge of the music.

... my video cuts out, the player is throwing fits. And it's past my bed time.

And nope, for the couple segment, it wasn't Heiji/Kazuha. Although they did show the handcuff scene from when they were younger. *chuckles*
Aoko with the big head shouting at Kaito is from Episode 219 (an hour long special) that was First Contact ~ Kudo vs Kid / Sunset Mansion. (half hour for each story)
