Aaaaaand, totally aside from this, re: the entire 'Guard Dog' thing... Is Jou Seto's employee or Mokuba's? I mean, *Mokuba* did hire him, not his big brother... and if he *is* Seto's employee, could he be transferred over or rehired as Mokuba's, therefore destroying the whole employer/employee problem?
