The smaller male approached the larger one with what probably looked like a wary posture to the uninformed observer. To the informed observer however, it was quite the opposite.

"Snark!"

The larger male startled slightly, then glowered at the smaller male. "Snark."

It was a classic masculine dominance power play, except for the fact that they weren't actually fighting. On first glance, it might appear that the larger male was the dominant in the room. In reality however, it was actually the smaller one. The larger one also knew this, but it didn't stop either of them from pulling these little power plays.

Entertainment, really. For themselves or for the people around them was unclear.

"Snark." The smaller one prodded the larger one again, glee practically radiating from every pore.

"Snark snark snark snark."

"Snark snark SNARK snark snark snark."

Akako covered her face with her hands with a small groan.

"Akako-chan?" Aoko's worried voice asked, the inspector's daughter hovering worriedly.

"I"m fine..." She waved the blue-eyed girl away, glancing back over to where Kuroba and Hakuba were snarking happily. "I've just been watching too many nature shows lately."

I don't know if its just me or the fact that I'm watching from another country, but do there seem to be a lot more falls, slips and injuries this year than in past years?
