I SWORE I wasn't gonna do another Data File after Kid Reference Page and Ahou Calling. Especially since we've got 14 days before flying outta Tucson, things to do before we leave the country and an essay due tomorrow.

EXTREMELY Rough draft, Romanji spellings taken from Matatabi, the fact/art book whenever possible, with alternate spellings from various scanlation groups posted as well.
We did this because we wanted information on the Hoshi no Shito, only to discover those were the characters that were the hardest to find stuff on. ;_;

Adonia Sea - Creed's final hiding place, an island hidden in the popular 'villa section' where many of the world's millionaires are located.
Routinia Continent is where all these places are located. There is a Phantom Island or Other Continent named 'Yamto Island' which is completely surrounded by mist, isolated from the rest of the world and has no signs of civilisation or cites on it. The main portion of this island is made up of mountains and forests.
Background
Sweeper (Soujiya)
Slang for one who works for reward money. There are various patterns of work, but mainly the job is getting a bounty from capturing criminals and handing them over to the police, government, and so on. In order to do Sweeping Activities, a license issued by the I.B.I. (International Bureau of Investigations) is required, but, in terms of it's acquisition, one can easily get one by simply passing the test of practical skills that emphasises ability (capturing the examiner disguised as a fleeing criminal within an agreed-upon period of time) conducted during the application process --at the time of acquisition--. Presently, there are over 1000 sweepers in the world, but as can be expected there seem to be a lot of people with unusual circumstances, eccentricities, etc.
Regarding Bounties
The amount of bounty paid, in cases where the criminal is already wanted, is already specified in police bulletins and the like. In cases where the captured criminal is not like that (not yet recognised by the police, amount has not been decided), it is determined by the investigation after the criminal has been handed over.
Bounties for A-class criminals are "Dead or Alive", because they don't expect you to be able to bring them in alive.
In the process of capturing the target alive, if even one person is killed, the reward will be less than half.
Nanotechnology -
Dictionary: nanotechnology. noun. the branch of technology that deals with dimensions and tolerances of less than 100 nanometers, esp. the manipulation of individual atoms and molecules.
The engineering technology that put these billionth of a meter sized super micro-scopic robots called 'nano-machines' to practical use.
If they're used correctly, things like altering DNA structure to cure incurable diseases. Or recombining molecules to create new materials becomes possible with this stuff.
-Toreno invested an enormous fortune, gathering capable scientists and explored the use of nano-machines as weapons. As a result, but inserting nano-machines into the bodies of incubated people, he appears to have succeeded in the development of living weapons with the power to transform their own shape at will.
N.S Serum - A drug that causes the nano-machines inside of the body to go while, unleashing the physical transformation ability to the maximum. Lowers the brain activity at the same time.
Lucifer - Based off of Toreno's technology, these nano-machines cause the body to regress along the lines of a mammal's 'Evolutionary History'. Thus creating mindless regenerating unstoppable monsters. Because it it based off of a person's particular DNA, it unpredictable what the person will turn into. (random man got turned into a were-wolf, Train lost 10 years and shrunk into a child)
Berserker - Manipulates the brain to overproduce adrenaline and dopamine among other functions, increasing physical strength. The person injected looses all rational sense, able only of causing mass destruction / killing. Incredibly hard to stop as they're incapable of feeling pain.
Torneo's Research
Rudman Torneo created Eve by applying Nano-technology and genetic engineering. His ultimate goal was to "Revolutionise Warfare" by creating large numbers of warriors with powers like Eve's.
Eve, his first step in his plan, was giving training in fighting, and when she grew up she was to be sent as a soldier into the battlefield (in order to gather data)
Also, Torneo was one of the people who donated capital to the mysterious group of revolutionaries lead by Creed Diskense, but...
Eve's Powers
Inside of Eve's body, there exist an infinite number of super small-sized machines, 'nano-machines' -which move according to her thoughts. By reorganising the arrangement of her atoms, they enable her to change her body's composition, shape, etc, at will.
It should be possible for her to transform her entire body into a completely different form if she wants to. However, because one must intensely visualise one's post-tranformation appearance in order to do this, the mentally inexperienced Eve appears unable to do anything beyond the level of changing her arm into a simple weapon shape. (also large scale transformations place a considerable burden on the physical body)

Originally met Minatsuki Saya after almost bungling an assassination attempt upon discovering the target had his child with him.
After being temporarily shrunk by the Lucifer Nano-machines, he gained the ability to create a small electrical charge in his body, turning his gun into an Electric or 'Rail Gun', capable of a great deal of damage.

Got his name: Belongs to a supporting character in a popular move the author loves.
Comments: Self-styled gentleman. His motto is "Be Kind to Women, Children and Weak People." However, 'Dangerous Women' seem to be an exception to this rule. His so-called gentleman's code is based on his own original values since it doesn't appear that he was born into a respectable family. Also, he's quite a heavy smoker. After work, he can't resist a puff.
Former I.B.I. Investigator. Because using his Forseeing/Right eye takes a lot of energy, after using it, he passes out for 6-7 hours.
After severe training by launching 10kg metal balls at himself with the help of Rins, The Forseeing Eye becomes what he calls The Glaspar Eye (lit: Eye of Control). For about 5 seconds, everything else seems slow as his body moves many times it's normal speed. It doesn't drain him as much as the Forseeing Eye did.

Comments: Loves to read. LOVES to. Since she seems to have quite an IQ, she never forgets the contents of a book once she's read it. Also, because she possesses nano-machines for healing, her wounds heal at a speed that can't be compared with ordinary people. (an injury that would take 2 weeks to heal, takes 2 days) Incidentally, Eve will grow. Aside from having an organ in her body that generates nano-machines, she is no different than an ordinary person.
Appears to have a limit for major transformations (ie: wings) of one minute, then the transformation fades as a self-preservation mechanism. Can create replicas of things she has seen using the remains of nano-machines.
Carries Sven's old WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) phone, because it wasn't fair that Train had one and she didn't.

Her last words to Train were "You can forget about me."

Both parents were killed when he was a child, leaving him an orphan. Later, he rose in the ranks of the Mafia. He then gave Train the choice to live or die. Train chose to live, so Sardius trained Train how to become an assassin.

Her father died when she was 15 in a plane crash, the cause thought to be due to a criminal group that despised her father and sought to gain strength. The truth is still unknown. Despite of that, she still aspired to become a Sweeper.
Hoshi no Shito / Messengers of the Stars
The purpose of the Hoshi no Shito is the release the controls Chronos has on the world to build a better one in it's place. What a better world is seems to be up for debate.
Creed:
Train's former partner. Criminal level SS
Weapon: Kotetsu (named after Japanese sword-smith 'Nagasone Kotetsu') Utilising the abilities of 'Tao' the blade is made of 'Chi', forming an "Imagine Blade", which can change length at will, up to about 80 metres.
After the attack on the World Conference, his bounty was placed at 3 billion, one of the top three biggest bounties in history.
While Train was still Chronos' Pet Cat, Train was the only person Creed respected, having the eyes of someone with no trust or fear of anyone else. With Saya's influence, Train softened, so he killed her. He stalks Train now in hopes of seeing him return to the cold emotionless person he used to be.
Creed wears a choker to mimic Train. ~_~
Kotetsu Level Two becomes very shark-like looking with a face and massive teeth. Because it feels the same emotions that Creed does, when Creed is happy, the sword is happy too. Can curve in a variety of directions, change shape and take bites out of things.
Shiki:
Taoist Ablity: Bug master
Created the 'Potion of God's Breath', created by the Taoists of Iidairoku. Can trigger the body's hidden potential, 'the Power of Tao'. The drinkers will enter coma, not all will wake up. The only one who has seen their face is Maro, because the bandages around their head is soaked in a special solution to keep their powers in.
One of a few remaining Taoists after a war with Chronos 25 years ago, Is an Orthodox Taoist, can use Ofuda to fight with. Can form 'Spirit Cannon', 'Divine Barrier', 'Sword of Retribution', 'Hellfire' (fireball), 'Homura no Orchi (flame dragon) or just have them explode. Wants to prove that the power of the Tao is the strongest in the world.
Attack: Kojutsu (lit: Technique of Insects) which summons rather large insects.
Demonic Insect of War Setsuki is Shiki's most powerful creation. Highly intelligent and has a will of his own. Can emit a wave of amplified accelerated high-pitched sound that acts like a laser, cutting through anything. Because Setsuki is created from Shiki's chi, he can regenerate/be resurrected indefinitely by channelling chi into him. Shiki can also do things like make Setsuki bigger or give him a steel skin.
Kyoko Kirisaki:
Taoist Ablity: Heat.
Comments: Internal body temperature is 1000 degrees (icka note: I think that's Celsius) can melt things by touch or by breath.
Parents appear to be overseas, real status unknown. Refers to herself in third person. She brings snacks with her everywhere because she's afraid of going hungry.
Moves to Jipang after leaving the Hoshi no Shito.
Sheldon/Charden Flamberg:
Taoist Ability: Manipulate and change the shape of his blood. To fight, he slashes a cut in his palms first. (dammit, want stats on him. He's damn cool)
Doctor:
Taoist Ability: Healing? Can create Warp Worlds, worlds that don't exist, except in his head and trap people in them.
Comments: focus of his research is nano-machines. Finds it incredibly fun to tinker with people's bodies and force them to do things they normally wouldn't. Gets incredibly excited when he gets his hands on an exceptionally special specimen.
Maro:
Taoist Ability: Gravity
Gravity Punch (10G) Maro's favourite and most powerful skill, by applying the gravity created by Tao to the hands, he hit up to 10 times harder than normal gravity. Kinda like an open-handed major bitchslap. Can generate a 'Gravity Field' that acts as a defensive wall, pushing all attacks to the ground. 'Gravity Bomb' - spheres of compressed gravity that'll squish you like a frog.

His country has been torn apart by Civil War long before he was born. His parents were shot by the army when he was four, leaving him to be raised by his older sister, who was then killed in a gun fight, leaving him alone to fend for himself amongst the rubble. He believes that being kind will get you killed.

Taoist Ability: Dimension Gate. (ability to link air space to air space, to like cartoon black holes)
Famous Actress, with her natural acting ability and good looks, quickly became the Queen of the Film Industry. Starred in over 20 movies and winner of numerous awards. Disappeared several years ago.
She uses her high-density compression power, creating inter-link spaces with Tao. 15 feet is about the biggest possible radius for her to create Gates. However, if she uses Ofuda, the radius that she can creates Gates in is increased to 5 km and she can open a gate big enough to let people walk through. Once an Ofuda has been used, it must be recharged with energy before it can be used again.

He can't funnel his ability any other way. Has a gun in his mouth, hidden by a mask for this reason. Apparently likes to hurt people for no reason.

Tao Ability: Cloning
S/He's a monkey. Anything their aura touches will be cloned. Looks, smell and most importantly, their knowledge. Has retained several people's knowledge and has started smoking.
Preta
Tao Ability: Erode. Either by physically touching someone or with his aura.
Comments: Formerly known as Father Preytor Ghoul, a member of the clergy and a ruthless killer who murdered and buried sixteen people in six months. Disappeared from the penitentiary where he was sentenced to 250 years of hard labour.
Deek Slasky

'Guard Pillar'- Pillar of ice as a wall. 'Shooting Star' - Flying Icicles. Also has an ice barrier around hs body.
An atrocious criminal scouted by the Hoshi no Shito while he was in prison, sentenced for 120 years. He targeted girls that suited his tastes and killed four of them by storing them in a freezer. This abnormal behaviour is reflected by elemental abilities.
Chronos
(Nearly one third of the global economy is under Chronos' secret control. Almost all individuals connected to Chronos are important people in various countries or cities. Chronos plays a major role in maintaining the peace and stability of the economy.)

Routinia Continent is where all these places are located. There is a Phantom Island or Other Continent named 'Yamto Island' which is completely surrounded by mist, isolated from the rest of the world and has no signs of civilisation or cites on it. The main portion of this island is made up of mountains and forests.
Background
Sweeper (Soujiya)
Slang for one who works for reward money. There are various patterns of work, but mainly the job is getting a bounty from capturing criminals and handing them over to the police, government, and so on. In order to do Sweeping Activities, a license issued by the I.B.I. (International Bureau of Investigations) is required, but, in terms of it's acquisition, one can easily get one by simply passing the test of practical skills that emphasises ability (capturing the examiner disguised as a fleeing criminal within an agreed-upon period of time) conducted during the application process --at the time of acquisition--. Presently, there are over 1000 sweepers in the world, but as can be expected there seem to be a lot of people with unusual circumstances, eccentricities, etc.
Regarding Bounties
The amount of bounty paid, in cases where the criminal is already wanted, is already specified in police bulletins and the like. In cases where the captured criminal is not like that (not yet recognised by the police, amount has not been decided), it is determined by the investigation after the criminal has been handed over.
Bounties for A-class criminals are "Dead or Alive", because they don't expect you to be able to bring them in alive.
In the process of capturing the target alive, if even one person is killed, the reward will be less than half.
Nanotechnology -
Dictionary: nanotechnology. noun. the branch of technology that deals with dimensions and tolerances of less than 100 nanometers, esp. the manipulation of individual atoms and molecules.
The engineering technology that put these billionth of a meter sized super micro-scopic robots called 'nano-machines' to practical use.
If they're used correctly, things like altering DNA structure to cure incurable diseases. Or recombining molecules to create new materials becomes possible with this stuff.
-Toreno invested an enormous fortune, gathering capable scientists and explored the use of nano-machines as weapons. As a result, but inserting nano-machines into the bodies of incubated people, he appears to have succeeded in the development of living weapons with the power to transform their own shape at will.
N.S Serum - A drug that causes the nano-machines inside of the body to go while, unleashing the physical transformation ability to the maximum. Lowers the brain activity at the same time.
Lucifer - Based off of Toreno's technology, these nano-machines cause the body to regress along the lines of a mammal's 'Evolutionary History'. Thus creating mindless regenerating unstoppable monsters. Because it it based off of a person's particular DNA, it unpredictable what the person will turn into. (random man got turned into a were-wolf, Train lost 10 years and shrunk into a child)
Berserker - Manipulates the brain to overproduce adrenaline and dopamine among other functions, increasing physical strength. The person injected looses all rational sense, able only of causing mass destruction / killing. Incredibly hard to stop as they're incapable of feeling pain.
Torneo's Research
Rudman Torneo created Eve by applying Nano-technology and genetic engineering. His ultimate goal was to "Revolutionise Warfare" by creating large numbers of warriors with powers like Eve's.
Eve, his first step in his plan, was giving training in fighting, and when she grew up she was to be sent as a soldier into the battlefield (in order to gather data)
Also, Torneo was one of the people who donated capital to the mysterious group of revolutionaries lead by Creed Diskense, but...
Eve's Powers
Inside of Eve's body, there exist an infinite number of super small-sized machines, 'nano-machines' -which move according to her thoughts. By reorganising the arrangement of her atoms, they enable her to change her body's composition, shape, etc, at will.
It should be possible for her to transform her entire body into a completely different form if she wants to. However, because one must intensely visualise one's post-tranformation appearance in order to do this, the mentally inexperienced Eve appears unable to do anything beyond the level of changing her arm into a simple weapon shape. (also large scale transformations place a considerable burden on the physical body)

After severe training by launching 10kg metal balls at himself with the help of Rins, The Forseeing Eye becomes what he calls The Glaspar Eye (lit: Eye of Control). Hoshi no Shito / Messengers of the Stars
The purpose of the Hoshi no Shito is the release the controls Chronos has on the world to build a better one in it's place. What a better world is seems to be up for debate.
Creed:
Train's former partner. Criminal level SS
Weapon: Kotetsu (named after Japanese sword-smith 'Nagasone Kotetsu') Utilising the abilities of 'Tao' the blade is made of 'Chi', forming an "Imagine Blade", which can change length at will, up to about 80 metres.
After the attack on the World Conference, his bounty was placed at 3 billion, one of the top three biggest bounties in history.
While Train was still Chronos' Pet Cat, Train was the only person Creed respected, having the eyes of someone with no trust or fear of anyone else. With Saya's influence, Train softened, so he killed her. He stalks Train now in hopes of seeing him return to the cold emotionless person he used to be.
Creed wears a choker to mimic Train. ~_~
Kotetsu Level Two becomes very shark-like looking with a face and massive teeth. Because it feels the same emotions that Creed does, when Creed is happy, the sword is happy too. Can curve in a variety of directions, change shape and take bites out of things.
Shiki:
Taoist Ablity: Bug master
Created the 'Potion of God's Breath', created by the Taoists of Iidairoku. Can trigger the body's hidden potential, 'the Power of Tao'. The drinkers will enter coma, not all will wake up. The only one who has seen their face is Maro, because the bandages around their head is soaked in a special solution to keep their powers in.
One of a few remaining Taoists after a war with Chronos 25 years ago, Is an Orthodox Taoist, can use Ofuda to fight with. Can form 'Spirit Cannon', 'Divine Barrier', 'Sword of Retribution', 'Hellfire' (fireball), 'Homura no Orchi (flame dragon) or just have them explode. Wants to prove that the power of the Tao is the strongest in the world.
Attack: Kojutsu (lit: Technique of Insects) which summons rather large insects.
Demonic Insect of War Setsuki is Shiki's most powerful creation. Highly intelligent and has a will of his own. Can emit a wave of amplified accelerated high-pitched sound that acts like a laser, cutting through anything. Because Setsuki is created from Shiki's chi, he can regenerate/be resurrected indefinitely by channelling chi into him. Shiki can also do things like make Setsuki bigger or give him a steel skin.

'Gravity Bomb' - spheres of compressed gravity that'll squish you like a frog.
