Found it amusing last night when I realized that we’ve given ourself a Summer Reading List. ^^;;

Currently reading: ‘Holy Blood, Holy Grail’ (just finished the history of the Templars and Rosenkreuz, on the Freemasons)

Next to read (In no order):
The Koran (my copy seems to like to travel with our copy of the ‘Tao Te Ching’ for some reason)
The Kama Sutra (no pictures, we’re not reading it for the part you’re thinking of.)
The Arabian Nights (Re-reading it with the Sir Richard Burton translation.)
Various novels from ‘The Shadow’, more Sherlock Holmes and Arséné Lupin.
Fanfiction
Various Manga.
Odd research / What ever else catches our fancy

Er, Icka-sama? I don't mean to be nitpicky, but it's the Kama Sutra. I dunno if that's a typo on your part, but it's just a common error. People tend to mix up divine retribution with the act of attaining spiritual oneness through sex mixed up. *shrug* What can I say?

For some reason, have it stuck as 'Karma'. Huh.

Not really interested in it for the sex part, I want to read the other stuff, about the culture. ^^;; I like reading about different cultures and ways of thinking.

That's just it; the sex is spiritual, and makes it part of the culture. It's widely misunderstood as a guide to tantric sex. It's actually part of Yoga. It helps a couple become closer spiritually through sex, not because of it.

That said, it's also got good advice. ~_^

Yup.
Used to the radio show when I was younger, there was a channel that would play old radio dramas from 9-10 every night.
Hmm... should see if they have that here... was nice to listen to before bed.
