(the song is one I heard a re-mix of a while back and thought it was a perfect Conan song, heh)
They took the Para-Para dancing from opening 8 (Koi wa thrill shock suspense), and I don't know where they got the One Piece crew and what not doing Para-Para, but damn if it isn't funny watching Jango the hypnotist doing Micheal Jackson moves.

Ah! Well, if it wasn't 'Chopper Kingdom' (and yeah, Soccer King was way cool too! Go Sanji~!), it was 'Nejimaki Shima'. Jango hypnotises an entire town into disco dancing so he has a distraction to escape from the Marines, with the unwitting help of the Going Merry crew. (The islanders liked it - hey, it was 'Funky Town'...)
