Our Sunset is Prettier Than Yours ^__^

-The sunset was what greeted us on the way home.

Estrella was... interesting. Definately bigger than either Rowany or Canterbury. Was not expecting so many mundanes to be walking around naked. (for the non-re-enactors, this means without period garb - not without clothing! XD)

Volunteered for security for almost 8 hours on Friday, then spent Saterday and Sunday mornings working at Mistress Rondy's booth. (I got paid in beads!) Both were fun, but kinda draining.
There was a problem with the Security, evidently there had been some 70+ people who had already volunteered for Security, were turnd away and told they weren't needed. ~_~ Some volunteers they could get afterwards were then working 12+ hour shifts, because there wasn't anyone to work Security. >P

A lot of other proplems with the site mostly had to do with difficulty getting around the large site (mis-labeled one-way roads, joy), random hard to find A&S schedualling and a distinct lack of easily accessible drinking water.

The upside was... well, it was FUN. Good people to talk to, lots of weirdness. And, as a bonus, when I was doing security duty, it was the gate right next to the shower tankers. Which meant I have photos of the Knights waiting to get wet. Obachan, I'll give you pics later. ~_^

Didn't muse much on ficcage, the only MK thought was getting the song 'Trip Like I do' by the Crystal Method stuck in my head with mental images of Kid bouncing along rooftops.

Had random 'Yu-Gi-Oh! the Abridged Series' quotes constantly running through my head. Random Bandit Keith Fanservice is not fun to get stuck in your head, espeically while trying to pack. "baow, baow, chicka-chicka..." or Mai singing "FANSERVICE~!"
Everytime Icka! Left a Porta-loo: "Nothing like gettin' out whatcha gotta get out. Hello, did you enjoy listening to me pee?"

Random Quotes:
