Has FullMetal Alchemist always had an anime, or is this one premireing on 4 Oct the first one?

And Horror of Horrors, they are doing a Live Action Sailor Moon.

Tho I'm not too sure about the new R.O.D -The TV Series-, from what I understand, it's about 3 sisters who can control paper. but none of them are Yomiko. ;_;

But the Rumiko Takahashi Theatre looks like fun stuff, all those short random stories that haven't been animated before. Doesn't look like they're doing Wasted Minds tho, and that's a shame. (unless they're the big pink bunny)
