Ya decide to finally take a few days off stressing over being creative / dealing with people in general, and finally succumb to the normal introvertive tendencies when *WHAM!* ya get hit with a bunch artsy stuff that's just been dieing to get out. *grumbles*
No fics, but plenty of pics.
Okay, first off, because we recently found out that our name is pronounced the same as 'Squid' in Japanese. Didn't quite click until we went to the Mitsuwa today and found a 'Ika Karaage' obento (Fried Squid Boxed Lunch) today. Which is rather amusing to me seeing as we found the definition 'Saa' described as 'I don't know accompanied by the look of a puzzled squid'.
How squids looked puzzled, we dunno.
Icka/Ika
Actually meant to leave it as line art, but went kinda nuts. And for once, I actually drew my bust... o_O (that's what I get for zoning out, but the tentacles were fun!) Think I may be a little bit bigger in RL, dunno.. *pokes chest* *shrugs* Anyway, drew my new glasses instead of my usual ones. ^^;;
Next, inspired by one of my co-workers wearing leather pants. ^__^ That's what he wore to work, with a different coloured shirt.
Party!
Aoko is modelled after an old co-worker and ex-raver. ^_^. She'd wear the big cargo pants, light blue shoes, belt and pony beads to work. Dunno about the hair streaks on either of them. But was fun to draw Kaito in leather pants. *snickers*
The next two are
Neechan's fault.

Dunno... the expressions were fun. Couldn't get the bodies right tho, so just cropped them out. ^^;; On the same page was is a very rough sketch of the Kid falling on Hakuba from that Kissing Curses ficlet we did. Not posting that one, not done.
And from the same page: About the only comment I have on the next one is the radio decided to play 'If You Want My Body, And You Think I'm Sexy, Come On Baby Let Me Know' while we were adjusting the contrast because my scanner is naff. >_< And Hakuba's head was/is hard to draw at that angle. ~_~;;
