Keep threatening to do this, so figured what the heck and why not.

•Atropos by Kouri and Karasu
•Yami No Matsuei / X/1999. Multiple pairings. Complete.
•Favourite line: "the man (Muraki) stood out like a porn star in a seminary"
YnM guys show up because they have experiance with the End of the World and all that jazz.
Amazingly fun story, had me rolling in my seat with laughter, then clutching it because of the action and angst. And really, who can turn down Fuuma with a pet bunny?

•The Mirror of Maybe by Midnight Blue
•Harry Potter. Harry/Snape. WiP: 18 chapters + snippets. Fanfic for the fic on the yahoogroups.
•Favourite Part: The Wizarding Tattoos. (which are alive)
Harry gets sucked into a magical mirror during the last day of school. When the mirror spits him back out, he's lived 13 years inside of the mirror, fought and defeated Voldemort... and still looks 15 years old here. What's a War Mage to do?
Midnight Blue has an amazing eye for details and crafting a universe that feels solid and real too. It's the little stuff that get me, like the varity of lights for the walls, or the explinations and theories of magic.
Also the most authour-supportive yahoogroups I have ever seen. Lo be the fan who shows up whineing for more -now-.

•Naruto. Kakashi/Iruka WiP: 21 chapters, one side chapter and counting.
•Favourite Part: Torn between towel racks and Naruto as a pineapple.
Due to an undercover assignment, Iruka learns Naruto's 'Sexy no Jitsu'. However, there's one slight side effect no one ever knew about...
Flat out hysterical. Blowing up the town, getting Team7 drunk, or Iruka in Mommy Mode, ChibiRisu-chan does it good! The WAFFy parts also shed the character in different lights, making me think of them as more detailed people.

•Saving the Day by Karen
•The Sentinel: Slight Jim/Blair. One shot.
•Favourite Part: Creative uses for jelly donuts.
When Cascade Police department gets taken over, it's up to Police Observer Blair, Rhonda the Secretary and Claire the Donut Girl to not only the cops, but the day as well.
One of those late night finds that had me doubled over giggling like a madimp. Worst part is that I've never seen the show. ^^;; 'So What Are You Saying?' and 'Getting There' by the same authour are also well worth the read. XD Pity the po' fools who underestimate the Hairboy!!!

Hmm... in retrospect, they're all slash pairings. Huh. *scratches head*
anyway, willing to accept fic recs as well. ^^;;

...and I will, once tomorrow is over. Tomorrow is the second day of my workplace's Admin Review (a.k.a. "Hell Day, Part Two"), in which the State of AZ comes down on us like the Wrath of God and basically strip-searches our workplace (or something closely akin to that; have seen more so-called Grown Up Adults panicking over this than anything since the election of Jimmy Carter). After that I will have time to *do* things. Right now, I have to steal the time to breath.

Oh! Must mention this as a recommendation myself: One really, really, reallyreally good reason to read Atropos: Hisoka gets to shoot Muraki in the nuts! With a Gun! He really does! YEAH!!! **snicker** If you can't tell by now, Muraki gives me the major creeps. Of course, the other reason to read it is Tree-san (<3), but you'll figure that out when you read. We all need a Tree-san in our lives. Or at least, I do. ^__^

I love Tree-san into teeny tiny pieces. But then, so do most people. ^^; He's just so...Tree-san-ish!

(And might I suggest that if you like Kouri and Karasu's fanfiction, go read their original stuff. Esepcially Fallin Into Grace and its sequel, which are an original spinoff of Atropos. Similar, yet not. I love them all.)

Oh, and The Mirror of Maybe is fantastic too. I just wish that the author would update...I'm dying to know what happens next. ^^;
