Funimation will handle distributing the Fullmetal Alchemist cartoon in North America -- a cartoon that has already sold 51 episodes to Cartoon Network for an October air date.

-AnimeSuki.com has stopped distro for FMA as well.

I dunno; I'm trying to be an optimist about this. At least they can't screw up the names... and maybe we'll get Tomato-san as subtitler; that'd be cool. Besides, if they put the anime out then it's just a short step to the manga being sold in translated format, which WOULD be good. Like I said, I'm an optimist.
