[fanfic] MaLoki: Girls Night

"Psst." Motioning for stealth, Loki called his younger son over towards his desk. "Yamino-kun."

Yamino looked confused at the subdued manner as he answered the summons, leaning over his father so that they could talk softly. "Hai, Loki-sama?" He whispered.

Loki absentmindedly cradled a worried looking Fenrir in his lap. "Could you make up a tray of tea and cake for three and set it outside the door of the east guestroom?" He requested.

"East guestroom?" He echoed, blinking.

The Mischief God nodded. "Yes."

Yamino blinked again, glancing around as he came to a realisation. "Loki-sama? Where's Hel-oneesan? I thought she was here for a visit."

"She was." Loki agreed. "Then Mayura stopped by."

"Oh, my..."

"It was scary." Fenrir whimpered.

Loki sighed. "Mayura took one look at Hel and decided to adopt her as well."

"Adopt?"

"She said that Hel-neechan was just like Daddy." Fenrir sighed. "And needed somebody to make them smile."

"And about that time, Reiya showed up." Loki continued the story with a weary expression. "She heard 'Girl Time', and immediately turned around, called her house and got permission to spend the night. Then Freya appeared and they all took over the guestroom."

"Freya-san too...." Yamino's eyes went wide. "Oh, dear..."

"Daddy, they're laughing again." Fenrir buried his head under his father's arm in an attempt to hide from the noise.

"I've already warned Narukami-kun to stay away tonight." Loki added tiredly. "He offered to let us spend the night at his flat if we need a place to hide later."

"Right." Yamino nodded, his eyes still wide. He'd had never had the privilege of seeing the aftermaths of The Goddess Only Girl Nights in Valhalla, but he had heard stories. Oh, had he heard stories...

"I don't know if the Norns will show up." Loki mused with a worn out expression. "But we might as well prepare for them too. I'm sure Freya will think of calling them sooner or later. Or they'll just invite themselves."

"Understood." He nodded again. "I'll just leave a cake in front of the door... and a fresh pot of tea..." He turned and walked off, a determined air in his posture even as his mind ran in frantic circles planning what they would need to survive the night. "Move the ice cream to the -front- of the freezer and..."

Odd musings while listening to music:

Just what would Loki Karaoke? (hey! It rhymes!)
Shineing happy people holding hands? The opening to Sailor Moon? Oops, I did it again?

Then there was mistaking David Bowie's 'Rebel Rebel' as 'Rabu Rabu' which is rather disturbing considering that he's talking about dresses and not sure if they're a girl or a boy... Hel-loooo Daisuke! XD

To quote Terry Pratchett: "Oooooooh-errrrrr....." My mind boggles at the very thought. Somehow or other the mental image of Mayura and Hel doing each other's hair in identical braids pops up, which is HIGHLY disturbing. And as for Freya... do I even *want* to know what she considers sleepwear? It wouldn't be anything as calm or easygoing as mere lingerie, no, it wouldn't; it probably would require classes and a certificate of graduation to put it on. **shudders**

I'm a little frightened now...just the possibility that the Norns might show up is scary (not that Hel and Freya and Mayura having a girl-talk-sleepover isn't scary enough on its own)...

But Yamino's cute and will make everything all right. ^_^ Maybe Loki should invite Heimdall over...and throw him in with the girls...*flashbacks to the video game episode*...Heimdall in an apron...*shudder*

Erm...I'm new to the LJ scene but I diligently stalk your fics (eek! That sounds too weird...) May I friend you? Please? Pretty please? *grabs Fenrir to make puppy dogs eyes* (Hmm...that sounds weird too...)

Yes, the curse of being the only one having a large house... everyone invades and makes themselves at home. ^^;;

Yeah, the thought of them throwing Heimdall to the girls crossed our mind as well, he'd hate it. Where as we're not quite so sure about how Freyr would take it... prolly protest for a while then be okay with it.

Freyr: No, I like the green eyeshadow better. It brings out my eyes more, don't you think so, Gullinbursti?
