So this is mostly a reactionary post, I need to sit down and do some work to set it up for the Ref Page, but for that I need a working computer. ^^;;

First off: Squeeeeeeee!!!!

• WE HAS AN ADDRESS (sort of) FOR NAKAMORI'S OFFICE! Some one fetch me a MAP!

• Minions smarter than main boss. Never a good sign.

• '18 years ago I wasn't even born'. Kaito is 17. Nine months for gestation, that's a really short courtship. o_O

• Just a random thought watching Kaito at school, he reminds me of a rabbit, he's paranoid, not really allowing anyone close.

• Where's Hakuba? ;_; (I refuse to apologise for being a Saguru fangirl. Nyeh.)

• Tohou Tower? Is this that new tower that's taller than the Tokyo Tower, or something he's making up? Hmmm... Need a map.

• This is the second time Akako has moved to protect him as the Kaitou Kid. Kaito still seems wary/suspicious of her. (although after the voodoo doll an the cursed Nakamori, can't entirely blame him.)

• I do like Akako and Aoko hanging out as friends. <3

• Heh. Moustache.

• Phantom Lady remind anyone else of Catwoman? Or is it just me?

• Toichi, in disguise, introducing himself as Kuroba Toichi. WTHeck?! *Headdesk*

(Kaito-Kid next to Toichi-Kid makes Kaito look like he's playing dress up in his father's clothes)

• Lupin costume. Schweet.

• Hahahahaha. Laundry list of achievements for Toichi. Research~

• Granted, he does have some mad skills. Dude.

• So Ole One Eye has a girl already trained to replace Chikage.
... Chat Noir?

• Okay, if she's gasping for air like that after a kiss, he's either doing it really wrong, or really right.

• Anyone else get the feeling Toichi's been playing creepy stalker around her for a while and is just now making his move?

• Okay, the pale hair combined with the language skills is making me wonder if Chikage isn't part French. It's not even shaded for 'tea-coloured' hair like Saguru or Haibara, it's PALE. (and yet she has dark brown in the anime...)

• ... Huh. Is Chikage even her real name? Kinda wondering if Ole One Eye took her off the streets as a kid and raised her to be a thief. Art style, she could be Caucasian or Japanese.

• Seriously. Toichi. How much of this did you have planned out in advance? SERIOUS stalker vibes.

• 'Jewel Box'-? What other 'treasures' does Toichi keep? Anyone else picture a harem? And her okay with the idea of a Ménage à Trois?

• Go young Jii-chan!!!!

• Honestly, kind of annoyed at the 'History Repeating' thing.
Although, Detective Conan, Shin'ichi tries to propose to Ran where his parents did and failed, so there is precedence for attempting to have history repeating going terribly wrong as well.

• Ole One Eye had someone trained to replace Kaito as Kid. Someone we know? Future potential rival? Dun dun dun....

• Kid looking annoyed as he flys away with Aoko = much amusement. Get more of a sibling vibe than a romantic from them most of the time anyway. ^^;;
... Although picturing her awake and shouting/flailing at the Kid has some amusement factor to it as well. I have a feeling she wouldn't be terribly receptive to the idea of a mid-air make-out session with the thief her father is trying to capture.

• So in addition to tracking down the dudes who killed Oyaji, he has to butt heads with his Mom's former employers too?! Talk about major stress. Poor Kaito. No wonder he calls her by her given name.

• Ties in with Vol 70. -For how many years do you think Gosho has had this planned out?

• Over all, yay for answering questions, but left feeling vaguely annoyed.
Supposed 'Sweeping off the feet' scene with Kaito's parents has me wanting to shout for her to run away from creepy stalker Toichi, but have the feeling that if she did, it really could turn creepy stalkerish instead of 'Twu Wuv'. But that be my general cynicism towards White Knights and Damsels in Distress, so take with a grain of salt. ^^;;

So what all did everyone think about the chapters?
