Weekend Retort: AND MUPPETS!!!
Jul. 28th, 2008 02:42 pm-Friday-
Kidnapped by Megs, ate sushi, had a geekgasam over David Tennent as Hamelt and Patrick Stewart as Claudius performing in the Royal Shakespeare Company's Hamlet, curled up and read at the bookstore.
-Sat-
Went to
sironamacgregor's birthday part up at the top of Mt. Lemon. Lots of pics I need to get off the camera. Had a good time. ^__^ Happy Birthday Sirona!
-Sun-
D&D! Much rude comments was to be had, especially on the nature of breeding. Everyone eventually realised that despite that three of the players are female, only one of the characters are. The Halfling, aka me. Should have taken a picture of the figurines at the end...
-MUPPETS!!!-
Evidently the Muppets have decided that it's time to have some fun online! (note the user names for each of the posted videos)
Sam the Eagle presents a Musical Tribute to America.
Gonzo and the PPP (Pitch Perfect Poultry) perform "Free Range Strauss" aka 'The Blue Danube Waltz'.
The Swedish Chef, with some help from Beaker and Animal perform 'Habanera' from Carmen.
And Beaker sings 'Ode to Joy'.
... And, of course, what would this be without Statler & Waldorf making various heckling comments? ^____________^
