Have been crashing over on MOrgan's couch all week because guests have been staying over at Ysabet's.

This past week was also the last week of work at the Call Centre. Kinda mixed feelings on that.

Detective Conan episodes 469 and 470 are out! XD It's the 'Kid and the 4 Painted Masterpieces' story arc from volume 53.
*snickers* The back of the Kid's cards are now argyle print. ^____^

Speaking of Kid, The Kaitou Kid Reference Page has been updated as well. And a new title page art done by thekeet!!! *squeees* Kid turns 20 this year, he first appeared in 1987.
The new Yoban Saado page is about 90% done, need to re-find my volume somewhere around the house so we can double check some information.

I didn't realize this until like five seconds ago when I was reading your "Why Kid" page - we totally hit this series around the same time. For me, fusakugyoku would rave about the awesomeness inherent in the series, and so I picked it up summer of 2001. I didn't go fichunting until October or so, and I read Ysabet and Lady Orla and Krista Perry, too. Man! That's so weird!

Oh yeah, keep meaning to ask, I have two Kid/Saguru doujinshi that I'm scanning, Kaze no Mirai and Do Anything For You...not sure if you have them. Anyway! I'm willing to send you the zip files (or a download link there for) if you want the scans. They're Japanese, but pretty.

Man I remember reading some really bad!fic for the sake of fic - there was one by kh@y that was based on "Totally Spies" and, well, the story idea was there it just wasn't going to win any awards, you know what I mean? I also remember you pimping a DC/MK fic contest called "Red Thread" that never went anywhere. Damn shame, too - it was a good idea.

I know how you feel. Half my flist was Harry Potter-oriented when I met them way back in 8/9th grade, a good four years ago. Not to mention import, who was a friend of mine for a long time until about six months ago.

Apparently I don't notice enough, I forgot Kaito/Kid could drive both a car and a motorcycle and for some reason moved Toichi's painting from the den/bedroom to the front hall.

I now have a list of notes specific just to the small details so I don't screw up anything else, though a lot of it is devoted to how the hang glider works which changes every picture I view.

This SHOULD give you the first one, if not I'll re-upload it. The second one (Do Anything For You) is still being scanned.
