New Years Resolutions:
1: Go someplace in the world I have never gone before. Hopefully more than one place, but at least one.
2: Finish The Grey Zone. Perferably by April. Shades of Grey took us a year and a day, TGZ is going on two years.
3: As twigcollins said, 'Suck Less, Rock More'.

Speaking of SoG, the unfinished 'Holidaze' chapter is one of our entries for fic_off, which we need go get started on...

Job Looking Status: Kinda nuts currently. Trying to get a job for the gem show, the people looking for booth watchers on Craig's List all seem like they're attempting to share a brain cell. One guy asked how old I was. >_O Straaaaaaaaaange.

Soooo, where do you want to go? I thought D.C. was pretty cool (would've liked more than an afternoon to look around but I will take what I can get).

Literally anywhere I haven't been before, it really doesn't matter to me. #^^# Would love to visit that coast, have never been.

NYC is a great place to visit. Last time I was there, I just had a great time traveling across the city.
The people are friendly (had a fun discussion over the pronouncement of "Houston St." with a native) on the bus) and sucked in the atmosphere of Penn Station. DC was busy. I have the impression now that it is always busy. It think it would be exciting to visit during the Cherry Blossom Festival in the spring. Be prepared to walk a lot. Admitedly, most of my time on that coast has been spent in Connecticut with my dad's family.

Ugh, I'm trying not to think of fic_off. One of my WIP's for it hasn't even been LOOKED at in several years and I have no idea what the hell I was doing with it.
