Bay of Islands is amazing. And taking a bus down the 90-mile beach is much fun, especially if your crazy driver pretend to be driving into the ocean until the last second. If you're lucky you'll see someone kite fishing; the guy we met let us have some of the fish he wasn't specifically out there for.
Heh. I actually tend to have a different problem; a lot of people I know seem to have been to the places I have, but don't know the sort of stuff I take for granted. ...of course, when you're a bit odd, that comes with the territory...
