YGO Capsule Monsters Dub

ickaimpRight. So we haven't had a good mind breaking dose of crack in a while, so we watched Yu-Gi-Oh!: Capsule Monsters.
Oh, did it hurt.
So evidently, this series is supposed to be about 12 episodes long. 4Kids takes 6 of these episodes, (yes, half) puts them in a blender, hits puree and releases it as a 'movie'. Is very choppy and has horrible jokes to cover it up, not that we're suprised.
Short Summary: Yuugi's Grandpa is missing, Joey wins a prize for four to *coff*India*coff* off they go, the plane goes down, they stumble into where Grandpa disappeared and surprise surprise, it's a Game World.
Shorter Summary: Yu-Gi-Oh Meet Pocket Monsters. Seriously.
They stumble upon various capsules, by touching them, they 'get' various Duel Monsters, who turn into small capsules that they wear on belts while inactive. They then load up wrist launchers with the capusles and fire their monsters out of them.
Yuugi, being 'the chosen one', has four of them. Celtic Guardian, Kuriboh, A laughing ball of fire that he forgets about and Dark Magician.
Joey has two, Baby Dragon and Flame (Flaming?) Swordsman.
Tea has two. Happy Lover (kid you not) and Black Witch
Grandpa has Summon Skull. Which kicks ass when Grandpa's back doesn't go out.
Tristan has one. Thunder Kid. It looks like a cross between an Electabuzz and that big mouth monster from Muguzi.
Tristan sucks worse than Tea...
And Yuugi has a special ablity. He has special armour that allows him to fuse with a special monster to make an even more special armour.
*Yuugi-oh is looking at his new armour*
Tristan: Whoa. Nice Threads
Yuugi-oh: ... I fused with Dark Magician...
Joey: Whoa. How'd ya figure out how ta do that?
... well, first Kuriboh headbutted Yuugi-oh in the ass, then...
On second thought, let's not go there...
Or the Black Magician carrying Yuugi-oh around while Yuugi-oh sparkles at it.
Or Joey *coff*riding*coff* his Baby Dragon.
Let's also definately mention Yuugi taking a nap in Joey's lap while Tea's Happy Lover performs it's special heart-shapped attack on Yuugi.
*head desk*
They also messed up on Yuugi-oh's eyes, they were purple, like Yuugi's, instead of red.
We miss Kaiba. Both Seto and Mokuba. There's a distinct lack of good old fashion Kaiba snark.
*wails*
On the plus side, it appears Comedy really is the best medicine and we laughed ourself healthy. *snickers*
