There aren't many anime characters under age 20, really....
Um... 2 weeks in Japan, including JR Rail Pass and round trip plane tickets usually ran us about US$2000-3000. (plane tickets from LA to Narita were $500-600, JR Rail Pass about $400-500. it varied) If I'm working 6-8 weeks and saving NZ$100 each week, it's really not that much. (Right now US$1 = NZ$.63)
My problem is I still don't know how much a plane ticket from Christchurch (if I'm still here in December) to Japan is gonna cost. From LA to NZ is about US$2000. @_@;;
