New Series –

Introduced Ysabet to Ayatsuri Sakon and fell in love with the show all over again. Is just too darn beautiful. The artist is the same who did Hikaru no Go too.
Still thinking that Sakon is psychic or a medium, channelling the dead through Uton.
-will prolly be ficcage for this one eventually. Mati brought more episodes.

Sukisho –
lazulisong, you’ll prolly love this series.
The opening with the handholding and the clothes suddenly dissappearing had us sitting there going “Nope. No gay here. No gay here what so ever” in much the same fashion as Edna Mode going “No capes!”. Except she means it and we’re lieing through our teeth.
Um… what’s going on: Characters have split personalities. Blue haired kid, Sora, has no memories. Pink haired kid, Sunao, does. They’re roommates. Their bouncing blond friend, Matsuri, cons them into doing stupid stuff. And stupid costumes. Sora and Sunao’s alter egos are lovers and are putting Sora and Sunao into denial. And wondering why they’re waking up in each other’s beds with funny tastes in their mouth.
There’s some other serious stuff going on, but that’s pretty much what you need to know.

And now I’m running late and need to go catch the bus. Ja!

I really enjoyed Puppetmaster Sakon when I watched it a while back. I was disappointed, though, because the fansub I had access to ended in the middle of story arc (a murder in a museum). I poked around online and couldn't find any indication that the rest of the series had ever been fansubbed or that it had been picked up for commercial release. Do you know of anywhere I could find the whole series? (Sadly, I've only got fangirl Japanese, so I need subtitles.)

I've got episodes 1-7, and then 9, which means I just get the second part of a murder, but not the beginning or end. *wails*

Seichi is fansubbing it, they've got 11 out of 26 episodes done. They seem to be releasing about one a month. You can download the episodes from either www.animesuki.com or www.animeyume.org

I understand there was another group that had gotten farther and was releasing it on VHS, but have no information other than that. ^^;;

Best. Summary. Of. Sukisho. EVER. The ghei made me unable to sit through more than three episodes. And I LIKE the ghei, normally. Just not in that much of an amount x_X

We were watching one of the harder core yaoi OVAs just before sitting down and watching more Sukisho.
If you've only got to watch one episode, I recommend number four.
Because a Kaitou shows up and informs Blue-hair that he's going to steal his most precious thing.
-Blue hair imeediately claims that it's his large stuffed pink elephant, with whom he can't sleep with.
Pink haired roommate declares him an idiot. And then gets kidnapped, of course. ^________________^ So there must be Cosplay to retrieve him!!!
.... first and only series I think that has a Kaitou with bunny ears... o_O
