In the anime (have seen all) you get quite a bit of Megu/Kyuu, Megu/Ryuu and Ryuu/Kyuu hints. They seem to have great fun mixing it up and confusing everyone. (covering all their bases, IMHO) In the manga (have seen the first volume and some of the end), you get more Megu/Kyuu, IMHO. Espeically with the ending.

Conan manga is quite easily found on the net, anime is a little harder. Anime-Conan, NazoNoKami and KazeNoKoe are the groups I think are currently doing the DC anime, but I'm not so sure anymore. ^^;; You'd prolly hafta check Animeyume for more information.
