I liked this. Some shounen-ai undertones, and a few veiled refernces, but otherwise really just a...story. Cute. =^___^=

The strange flared outfits certainly leant to the frightening air that cause many of the weaker duellists to run screaming at just their first sight of Kaiba.
That should be "caused", past tense.
Some of the resulting mangled creatures where poorly suited for life, such as the frog with wings.
