I like soba, the buckwheat noodles, the best. Perferably in a warm broth with mushrooms. *purrrrrrrrrrrs*
Failing that, often eat Kitsune Udon in Japan, because I don't have to worry about what kind of meat might be in it, since anything pork comes back up.
Inari, rice stuffed into fried bean curd, is also really really good and another favourite.
