Despicable Me

So, on the DVD, on 'set up', there's a 'Descriptive Track'.

It's a guy who is announcing what is happening on the screen, in between bits of dialogue. "Tanks shoot a bird at the Berlin Wall!"

Once I adjusted to the bizzareness of this, his voice started to annoy me because it was familiar. Then I got it.

The Narrator sounds like the Narrator for Pokemon.

I'm waiting for him to announce that Gru is continuing his journey to the Johto League. "Minion! I choose you!"

In the meantime, Sean and I are debating Gru's Minions vs Megamind's Brainbots.
(The Megamind vs Gru or Vector debate lasted seconds. No contest. Megamind.)

So, tonight I recorded my first ever podcast with CarpetCrawler, Skyechan and Southpaw. Liiiiitle bit nervous, babbled a bit. It'll be podcast 7, when it comes up. Awesomely cool people, a joy to talk with.

But CarpetCrawler made a comment about using Chiba as a segue way and my brain went here:


And they're making a new Back to the Future video game, which takes off about 6 months after the end of movie 3. So, of course, my brain went in odd directions again. (aside from the fact I think they made Marty look like Anakin from Clone Wars)

During the recording, one of the kittens decided to try to steal my markers, and so the thieving cat may or may not be in the podcast. ^^;;
