Back from the Crusades.
Nov. 9th, 2008 06:15 pmWar was hot, War was cold, war was dry and we got home just in time to avoid the wet. Sun/windburnt, slightly sore, very tired, but pleased. Ran around like mad doing archery stuff, and when I wasn't doing that or setting up tents, helped out Hospitality and did a Security patrol. So if I didn't see you, my apologies. Archery went well, we had a decent turn out. Not as many as Raze a Village, but still a lot of people.
Also had the pleasure of escorting a Roving Security officer through our camp for his safety one night. XD
Will be posting pictures to the SCA photo account once I'm re-united with my own computer, but in the meantime-

With almost 1,000 people and only 2 showers, you'd think there'd be more complaining about the showers, but there really isn't. Was kinda surprised by that.
Still, good war and I can't wait to hear what other stories come out of it. ^__^
