The rational part of my brain has begun freaking out. (
WTF are you THINKING?! This is another COUNTRY!! FAR FAAAAAAAAAR away!! EQUATOR. We won't know anyone other than David! There's so many things that could go wrong! Here, let me list them all...)
I'm ignoring it. Happens every time we travel. Rest of me figures everything will be fine and it usually is.
Besides, it's not often the rational part of my brain has an excuse to work out... *munches on popcorn while watching the freaking, vaugely amused*
Had a lovely time yesterday.
ladyblue42 threw a tea party and quite a few good friends came. ((Huggles everyone)) Odd gifts included body paint,
a lacy eyepatch and a piss boy. (I'm not sure what the real name is, but that's what we call it)
A piss boy is a figurine made out of terra cotta pottery that you soak in cold water. You test to see if the water is hot enough for tea by pouring the water over him. If the water's hot enough, the figurine pisses. He's got good range too, well over a metre.
Because he's fragile, he got kinda put down my clevage so he wouldn't break. (boobs, my favourite pockets) Then we went to anime night. Which resulted in the figurine being pulled out at one point and waved around:
"The Power of the Piss Boy Compels You!"... it was then discovered that caramel popcorn had some how fallen down my clevage first, and was now stuck to the bottom of the Piss Boy. Which resulted in a conversation which is not getting repeated here because I'd like to keep some dignity. Not much dignity, mind you, but some would be nice.
