Manga and ramblings

(kinda starting to worry, the death rate in HxH and DC is scary, then we're reading DeathNote and D.Gray-man too, then was singing a song about a cemetary yesterday) D.Gray-man kinda reminds me of 'FMA meets Deathnote and King of Bandit Jing' for some reason.
Overall, I like it.
I think the Black Exorists are dumbasses however. You have a guy who has the unique ablitly to see the bloody enemy that everyone else can't and you stick him on the front lines where he's most likely to get killed. Instead of, say, inteligence or someplace that skill could do more good. Because he knows how to fight and he's got a weapon in his arm. Which is really fragile and tend to breaking.

Still, overall we like it. Not with the same rabid OMG!WHEEE!! that we had while reading HxH or Deathnote, but still really enjoyable. Would like to see some more character depth tho.

ysabet's old ferret Nutmeg(Meg) died today. She was in a lot of pain the past couple of weeks (had a cancerous tumour) and isn't any more, so that's kinda a good thing. But Ysabet's a bit depressed, her ferrets and cats are her children.
And the main thought going through my head was 'It's an Ex-Ferret'.
-see? This is why a sense of humour isn't always a good thing. Didn't DARE say that out loud.
Meg's now buried out back.
