Nope. Inuyasha isn't a very slashy series at all. Just because Inuyasha pulls out his sword and it grows when ever he faces one of the guys... then when Kagome shows up it shrinks and he puts it away is no reason to think that there are any slashy possiblities.

[fic] DC/Yaiba: Swordsmen

Plunnie we've been meaning to do for a while, finally got around to it because we caught Case Closed last night just as Conan pulls out a video game and starts to play it... the game being 'Yaiba' #^^# Laughed when Onimaru blew him up, causing him to loose the game. (Onimaru = the guy with horns and large armour... looks like an oni... ¬_¬;;)

For the newbies and the confused, Yaiba is Gosho's previous series, kinda like DBZ with Swords. There's also a lot of Japanese Mythology mixed in. (And they not only blow up Tokyo Tower, but the Moon as well and turn Japan and it's residents into a giant flying hydra as well!!! ^__^ Great fun)
Toriyama World has scanlations for the first 4 volumes and a group called RiceBox is slowly subbing the anime.

Which still confuses me about Kamen Yaiba (a popular TV series in DC), because Kamen Yaiba fights bare handed. o_O (He's a food vendor in the park, but when ever trouble arises, he runs off and turns into Kamen Yaiba, much to the confusion of his girlfriend, Natsumi Rei. His younger sister was killed when he was younger, so he fights for Justice, so that sort of thing doesn't happen again. ... Yaiba's sister is alive and well, and heckling their father.)

'Yaiba' means 'Iron', BTW. In Conan vs Kid vs Yaiba, the Shonen Tantei tease him over his name, because they think he's calling himself after Kamen Yaiba. Yaiba gets annoyed, insists it is his real name, then asks what Kamen Yaiba is. The Shonen Tantei fall over. Hee hee hee. (Course, Yaiba keeps calling Kid 'Kanchou Kid'... *snickers*)
