Yep! It's like the 'friends list' system here on LJ, and whenever someone on your list submits a new piece of artwork (or makes a new journal comment), it appears in your "message center" thingo (which appears at the top of the page--it's fairly obvious). It's an easy way to keep up with your favorite artists and friends ^__^
